Mordor 2 was originally designed by David Allen and a small crew of other workers. The latest and final version, version .992, is a ten floor demo with a 3D dungeon view, one of the features that were not included in Mordor 1. Due to conflicting problems with Tokein's Lord of the Rings trilogy, the name Mordor was changed to Infinite Worlds. This era of the game is notorious for its bugs and problems, but the game eventually developed into Demise: Rise of the Ku'tan.
