Format

Map state data is stored in a series of records, each of which are 28 bytes long. The file structure is as follows:

 HEADER RECORD

 NumberOfLevels    : 2 bytes
 
 SPAWN COUNT RECORDS (repeated NumberOfLevels times)
 ---------------------------
 spawnCount       : 2 bytes (initialized to numAreas from the map file)
 
 AREA SPAWN DATA (repeated 200 * NumberOfLevels times)
 ---------------------------
 MONSTER SPAWN RECORD (repeated 4 times)

 unknown             : 2 bytes

 groupSize           : 2 bytes
 spawnTime           : 4 bytes

 chestType           : 2 bytes

 gold                : 8 bytes
