I picked up Gloves of Death a few days ago. The first new item I had found in months.

Before that it was a Rod of Flames, about 6 months ago. Did not even know I found one or that it got slimed or swiped before I could get it back to the city. It was weeks later that I noticed my library count had mysteriously increased by 1.

It doesn't matter in this case, though. The Sword of the Winds is a unique item which can only be found at the shop, so he's either making it up or (more likely) confusing it with a certain other sword that's better than the Sword of the Winds anyway.wink.gif

I found a book on how to be invisible.

Wait, I was just listening to Kate Bush earlier. Sorry.

This weekend I FINALLY found my second Gold Sash, and also a Mace of Disruption, which I hadn't found since my last venture to the lower levels a couple years ago.

I started to play again about a week ago, after more than two years (after I accidently found this forum typing.gif ). I've been playing around 3 hours a day the past week, doing mostly lvl 15 clears (some lvl 14's as well). It takes me around 10-15 minutes to clear + level up in town, so I probably cleared 15 close to 100 times this week (not once killing either asmodeus, demon prince or reaper of souls). I found:
1 pair of boots of the elven lords
1 gold sash
2 blessings of morash (OK I'm following Nudibranch's advice and checking all pariahs possible spawns on every trip), out of 5 Pariahs!!!! yahoo.gif
5 dragon bloods

and that's just the useful stuff. I also found 2 warriors armor, 3 eliminators (all from lamurian lords!), 2 warlord maces and much more premium stuff I can't remember since I no longer care about.
Now I'm only missing one pair of gloves of light, one gold sash and one pair of elven lord, before the game loses its remaining appeal yawn.gif

NOTHING. laugh.gif. Since I've started playing Mordor again (I had to start over b/c I have a new computer and stuff sad.gif. Anyways, 1-3 are completely explored as is most of 4 and a little of 5. But aside from an Aard of Being, I've found nothing useful. I guess just bad luck. Does find this as weird? Just wondering.

I'm leveling up in some additonal guilds right now so I haven't been making it down to the low levels much. I've found a few aards in the place they are most commonly found...
Before changing guilds the best things I had found was a mystic shield and spectral armor.

Finally found a Barrier Battle Axe today. Only took 596 hours of play time to do it.

That's a phrase that gets tossed around alot, "I'm leveling up a character," or "I am trying to level a character." I always wonder what they mean?

1. Trying to build up xp before going down to a deeper level?

2. Trying to get your character to Guild Master?

3. Leveling based on the classic Optimal Guild Leveling Route?

I'm pretty sure there are few that would take my meaning of leveling: getting a character to 999/999.

Well...What I was referring to is that my characters (who are around level 200 in what I consider their primary guild) are currently in other guilds, making levels.

For instance, my thief is in the scavenger guild to get the extra swing, and my sorceress is in the paladin guild for the A/D.

In reference to my previous post, I haven't been traveling to the lowest levels of the dugeon because my characters aren't currently wearing their best stuff and they pin too quickly.

I have found one thief sword, and obviously a buncha tomes and potions; but tomes and potions are kinda expected. Last time I played I def. steel equipment. Oh well, as Nietzsche once said, "That which does not kill me makes me stronger." We shall see. One particularly evil quest was when I had to find a prism of sanctuary. That didn't happen. laugh.gif.

I found two dusts of life in the one trip down & back, then later the next day a Crystal Sword, then a Delvar's War Axe, then a Ring of Levitation! from a Twisted Elf, a Rod of Flames, and then a Rod Of Binding, Magic Hands & A Black Cloak among others
