So I was looking through here and saw i could add the missing 3 creatures into the game using an editor. However every link i clicked on that linked to mordor.uni.cc just brought me to a blank page. Am I doing something wrong or are those pages no longer working?

Nah, it's nothing on your end! The old domain was mordor.uni.cc for ages, so there are a lot of dead links on the site. Sometimes you can get away with copying the link, then swapping the mordor.uni.cc bit for dejenol.com, but other times you'll have to search out whatever you were looking for.
