Yes that is it! That weapon allowed me to crush the end boss without having all that powerful of characters. Where do you get that weapon?

Well, without double-checking, I'm 99% certain it is only found on lvl 15 (MAYBE stud on 14???). Try checking the wiki or Henderson's site (see web links) for more information, i.e. which exact monsters drop it. I know the last one I found according to my library was obtained from big bad boss #2 (although to me he is big bad boss #1 whistling.gif ). Anyway, looks like you got a few more levels to go before you get another one...good luck smile.gif.

It's dropped by level 15 monsters. The most likely one to drop it is a dude that likes water. If you've got to know who drops it click on the spoiler.

Holy Sword is not as rare as many, but it depends on where you are adventuring? There is one particular area of one particular level that yields them much more frequently than others...

well I would not use the word "common", it is actually rare, just not as rare as some weapons, but adventuring in certain areas more often will give you more chances to find it I've found, anyway I have had luck here -

well, obviously it depends on how much you play, but the time frame from lvl 4 to lvl 10 is prolly two-three times that of lvl 1-lvl 4, but that is just a guess, personally I spend a lot of time on lvls 6&7, more than actually needed I'm sure and I then went quickly through 8,9,&10. lvl 7 is, and will always be, my favorite lvl (well except for 15 I guess) to play as I enjoy the many possible routes and "zones" the lvl has. anyway at a fair minimum I would say the hrs of gameplay taken to reach 4 will be easily doubled by the time you can manage lvl 10...although a lot will depend on party make-up, equipment found, etc.

You can start a healer, raise him up a few levels, and then cast raise dead on your party. Then you don't really have to start all over, plus you've got a low-level healer at hand. cool.gif

I restarted playing this awesome game game after may be 12-13 years.

IMHO the Sword of the Winds for warrior at lev 66 is better than Dominator and far better than any other item in the list after

The sword of the winds has very good stats but it has a hidden drawback: it fails against any monster with weapon resistance.

That has to do with the item level doesn't it? Iirc, weapon resistance prevents damage from items from half the monster's level (ie, a level 6 guy with weapon resistance is unaffected by weapons from floors 1-3)
